The Process
Decisions have two parts:
Deciding what to do
Actually doing it
We’ll tackle step one right away. I’ll lead you through a proven framework, and you’ll make a decision you’re confident in. You own the decision, because ownership = accountability.
Then it’s time to take action. We’ll make a plan, and you’re in the driver’s seat. I’ll help keep you accountable, because accountability = outcomes.
The Framework
The engineering method cuts to the core of life’s decisions (and thermo problems).
It gets you to the right answer - not just what you want to hear.
Obviously, life’s nuanced - that’s why your intuition gets the final say.

What drives you?
Can’t I just ask my friends for advice?
Absolutely! However, by no fault of their own, there are some decisions that your friends and family might not be best situated to help you make. Here’s why coaching can make more sense:
Unbiased. Your inner circle cares a lot about you. That’s great! But it also gives them a risk-averse bias that can hold you back from breakthrough. Remember, you ultimately own this decision, and you have to live with the outcome – not them.
No conflict of interest. Sometimes your friends and family have a stake in the game, and that can make it hard to separate what’s best for you from what’s best for them.
Fresh perspective. Your inner circle has a shared context – assumptions about life, certain habits, ways of thinking. A coach doesn’t live in your world, so they’ll pick up on those key details that might otherwise fly under the radar.
Dedicated time. Everyone’s busy, and big decisions take some time to process through. Your friends and family might not be able to commit as much time as you need, but that’s exactly what a coach is there to do.
Stop being consumed by this decision.
It keeps you awake at night.
It distracts you at work.
It’s hurting your family.
